Arizona cuts education budget for developmentally delayed and disabled children.

The Arizona state legislature has cut the budget for early education programs for children with developmental delays and developmental disabilities. When the state did this they unknowingly or knowingly took away vital life skills that the children were learning. These children need early education in order to be ready for the demands of school when they start. These congressmen and senators have just put the future of Arizona in parallel and have not even a care in the world. They are also taking money form the colleges and making the unemployment in the state worse. Because of the actions of this state legislature, hundreds if not thousands of people will be out of a job come May of this year.

I like many other parents am angered and upset at the fact that these men and women can't seem to understand that cutting education isn't the way to solve our deficit problem. There are many other things that could be cut or stopped all together. The state could stop paying for the prison inmates education, weight rooms, TV and health care, the state could put a hiring freeze on police so that we aren't hiring to many another words only hire to replace retirees. The state could take the speed and red light cameras down which they spend millions on up keep and so on. The federal government could stop these ridiculous wars and stop wasting tax payer dollars on murder. We could stop putting people in jail for victimless crimes like drugs. We could stop this ridiculous war on drugs that has done nothing but cause crime in the first place and waste money.

State Legislature Russel Pierce is one of the people behind the budget cuts to the schools and is one of the biggest problems that face Arizona.

If we want an educated America than we best not cut funding for education which is our future our children. If we want to avoid another George Bush than we must push for better funding for education and a better understanding of just what can happen if an uneducated person is in charge. It seems as though Russel Pierce is one of those uneducated people who is hell bent on destroying the future for the children of Arizona and America.

Gaza has been under attack by Israeli air strikes now sense 27 December 2008.
What is the reason they say? There reason is a pack of lies that the Israelis have been trying to shove down the throats of the American people and other countries as well. Their reason is that Hammas sent in morter fire. The morter rounds are hand made and inaccurate they are no match for the Israeli defense force that is murdering and slaying innocent men, women and children. Not only did Hammas hit nothing and no one in those attacks. We have to step into the shoes of the Palestinian people that have been oppressed for the last fifty eight years sense 1948. We have to understand that what the Palestinian's are doing, it is because they have been oppressed for so long and their land and personal lives have been severely affected by what the Israelis are doing to them and their children.

Now, I have no quorum with Jewish people just the Zionist regime running the Israeli state, that should not be a state in the first place. If we as Americans continue to support Israel and there Genocidal behavior towards the Palestinian people than we are doomed to the same fate.

There are hundreds of thousands of Jewish people that feel that there should never of been a state of Israel. So, I am not alone in my thinking and or my feelings for the state of Israel.

Americans are unable to understand what is really going on between Palestine and Israel. The American people are lied to every time they turn on the news and or watch T.V. If Americans continue to turn a blind eye to the Genocide in Palestine, than we are no better than the Israelis that commit murder on a daily basis.

As I sit and watch all of the horrifying truths to the situation in Palestine, I wonder if anyone is aware or if anyone really cares. This is not an easy thing to understand but it is imperative that we try our best to understand the situation in Palestine. There are children killed everyday just because they want to live without fear of being killed and or tortured by the Israeli defense force. The suicide rate among these children is very high they no longer have the will to live and that is exactly what the Israelis want.

Israelis are committing the same atrocity's that were committed on them by Hitler and the Nazi's. I believe this is where the problem is. So, because they were treated so inhumanely they now believe that it is ok for them to commit atrocity's and murder. Well I am writing this to anyone who will listen. This is not ok it is wrong and disgusting of people to believe it is ok to kill innocent women and children.

There are true Torah Jews and Jews that believe in the Tanakh. There are fundamentalist Jews that follow the Tanakh. The true Torah Jews the non fundamentalists believe in human rights and that there should never have been a Jewish state and follow the Torah.

The same can be said for the Muslims and the Quran as well as the Haditha. The fundamentalist Muslims follow the Haditha and the non fundamentalist follow the Quran.

This goes for all religious organizations, you have the fundamentalist and the true believer's in every religion.

If we can understand what is driving these things than we can see that this type of behavior has been happening for hundreds of thousands of years.

We have to understand that anyone can become a fundamentalist and no one is immune. We have to continually have an open mind and try to understand what is happening, not only in our own country but the truth behind the Palestinian plight. We as Americans are not only helping in the genocide in Palestine we are giving the state of Israel money and weapons. We are supporting this war against the Palestinians. It is up to the Americans people to put a stop to this by making it clear to our Zionist Government that if they want to continue to support this Genocide then they will not have an office to go back to when the next election cycle comes around. We have to show our true force and our humanity.

But, if we continue to sit back and not say anything than we at some point may be in this situation and then who will be here to help us. No one, because we refused to stand up for what is right. This has nothing to do with religion this has everything to do with the right of every person to live a life free of fear and death. No one has the right to take life like the Israelis are doing now. No one!

So, please stand with me and others that oppose this genocide by the Israelis. Let them know that they are wrong and a sad excuse for humanity and or human kindness.

U.S. Two States Away from Constitutional Convention

This is the most urgent, most important action alert the American Policy
Center has ever issued! The Ohio state legislature is expected to vote
today, Wednesday, Dec. 10th, to call for a Constitutional Convention (Con
Con). If Ohio calls for a Con Con only one more state need do so and
Congress will have no choice but to convene a Convention, throwing our U.S.
Constitution and Bill of Rights up for grabs. Ohio's vote today poses a
grave threat to the U.S. Constitution. Please immediately call the Ohio
lawmakers listed below. ACT FAST - time is of the essence!

I apologize! This malignancy most foul remained undetected by our radar
until a good friend brought it to our attention yesterday. The hour is late,
but WE MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION!

It does not matter where you live. Ohio's vote today endangers everyone in
every state in the Union, so we must pressure Ohio lawmakers to discard this
disastrous legislative effort.

Thirty-two (32) other states have already called for a Con Con (allegedly to
add a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution). 34 states are all that
is required, and then Congress MUST convene a Convention.

The U.S. Constitution places no restriction on the purposes for which the
states can call for a Convention. If Ohio votes to call a Con Con, for
whatever purpose, the United States will be only one state away from total
destruction. And it's a safe bet that those who hate this nation, and all
She stands for, are waiting to pounce upon this opportunity to re-write our
Constitution. We dare slumber no longer; we must take immediate action to
preserve this nation!

Certainly all loyal Americans want government constrained by a balanced
budget. But calling a Con Con risks a revolutionary change in our form of
government. The ultimate outcome will likely be a new constitution; one that
would possibly eliminate the Article 1 restriction to the coinage of real
money or even eliminate gun or property rights. So what may look like a good
idea to the legislators driving this effort - all Republicans - will
certainly make them prey to the law of unintended consequences - at the very
least insuring the U.S. will never have a balanced budget - while destroying
what vestiges of liberty the government still allows.

You may have heard that some of those 32 states have voted to rescind their
calls. This is true. However, under Article V of the Constitution, Congress
must call a Constitutional Convention whenever 2/3 (or 34) of the states
apply. The Constitution makes no provision for rescission. We've been told
advocates of the convention are waiting to capture just two more states -
Ohio, and one other. They can then challenge the other states' rescissions
in the courts while going ahead with the Convention. Congress alone then
decides whether state legislatures or state conventions ratify proposed
amendments.

You may have heard the states can control the subject of any convention. In
truth no restrictive language from any state can legally limit the scope or
outcome of a Convention! Once a Convention is called Congress determines how
the delegates to the Convention are chosen. Once chosen, those Convention
delegates possess more power than the U.S. Congress itself; if it were not
so they would not be able to change the U.S. Constitution!

We have not had a Constitutional Convention since 1787. That Convention was
called to make small changes in the Articles of Confederation. As a point of
fact, several states first passed resolutions requiring their delegates
discuss amendments to the Articles ONLY, forbidding even discussion of
foundational changes . However, following the delegates' first agreement
that their meetings be in secret, their second act was to agree to debate
those state restrictions and to declare the Articles of Confederation NULL
AND VOID! They also changed the ratification process, reducing the required
states' approval from 100% to 75%. There is no reason to believe a
contemporary Con Con wouldn't further "modify" Article V restrictions to
suit its purpose.

As former Chief Justice Warren Burger said in a letter written to Phyllis
Schlafly, President of Eagle Forum:
"...there is no effective way to limit or muzzle the actions of a
Constitutional Convention. The convention could make its own rules and set
its own agenda. Congress might try to limit the convention to one amendment
or to one issue, but there is no way to assure that the convention would
obey. After a convention is convened, it will be too late to stop the
convention if we don't like its agenda. The meeting in 1787 ignored the
limit placed by the confederation Congress..." (emphasis mine)

We were blessed in 1787; the Con Con delegates were the leaders of a freedom
movement that had just cleansed this land of tyranny.

Today's corrupt politicians and judges would like nothing better than the
ability to legally ignore the Constitution - to modify its "problematic"
provisions to reflect the philosophical and socials mores of our
contemporary society.

The majority of U.S. voters just elected a dedicated leftist as President.
Republicans are at their weakest right now! This is a horrible time to try
such a crazy scheme. We cannot control the debate right now! Don't for one
second doubt that delegates to a Con Con wouldn't revise the 1st Amendment
into a government-controlled privilege, replace the 2nd Amendment with a
"collective" right to self-defense, and abolish the 4th, 5th, and 10th
Amendments, and the rest of the Bill of Rights. Additions could include the
non-existent Separation of Church and State, the "right" to abortion and
euthanasia, and much, much more.

Our uniquely and purely American concept of individual rights, endowed by
our Creator, would be quickly set aside as an anachronistic relic of a
bygone era; replaced by new "collective" rights, awarded and enforced by
government for the "common good".

The problems our nation faces are not a result of deficiencies in our
Constitution; rather, they are the direct result of our disregard for that
divinely-inspired document of liberty.

There is no challenge faced by this nation that cannot be solved either by
enforcing existing law, or in limited cases, by writing new law. We do not
need, AND MUST NOT RISK THE LIBERTY OF THE UNITED STATES with, a
Constitutional Convention!

Ohio must not vote for a Con Con! We cannot control the debate! And state
#34 is likely sitting silently in the wings, ready to act with lightning
speed, sealing the fate of our once great nation before we can prevent it.

Stop the Ohio bill and we can stop the Constitutional Convention.

ACTION TO TAKE

We need only stop the House bill, HJR8, sponsored by Representative Louis
Blessing, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee (there is a Senate bill
too).

1. Call Chairman Blessing's office and tell his staff you oppose a
Constitutional Convention and you want this process stopped.

Tell them this is the most dangerous time ever to call for such a
convention.

Tell them no one can control the debate or outcome of a Con Con.

Constitutional convention/ Use your right snow to stop it from occuring.

The Constitution a document created by greatness, and in the interests of the people.

If one were to ever wonder how we got our freedoms it is the Constitution & the Declaration of Independence.

Our founding fathers created the constitution along with the bill of rights.

If these documents were to ever be overturned and or completely decimated we the people would no longer be in control of our country. America would cease to be of the people for the people and by the people.

America would cease to exist as we know it today the Republic would be no more.

If you fail to see this monstrosity, than you are part of the problem and the mindset that will cause you to lose your rights, you and you alone will be the cause of your own plight.

If we allow our most precious document that allows us our rights to be shredded all together then it will be no one’s fault but ours the people. If we don’t speak out now then we are destined to lose the constitution to the bankers, congressmen, senators and the wealthiest people who don’t care for the rights of the majority in most cases.

We must use our rights accordingly as the Declaration of Independent stipulates- We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness. If we don’t use our rights now we may never get a chance. Educate yourself on the constitution and the Declaration of Independence and you will see plain as day that your rights have already been violated.

This is a call to use you mind which is our best method of retaining our rights due what is necessary to refute the tyranny of today and seek for a better tomorrow. Do not allow the states to have a constitutional convention without a true representative of the people there. Go to your state congress and make a statement in objection state why and then give them a lesson in history. I doubt many know what these documents are; by the way they have treated them.

Today the stock market tanked and the economy is in ruins. I believe it is in every Americans interest to oppose the incumbents that are running for re-election to the Senate and the House.
Ask your self what has the Senate and the House done for the average American citizen?
The answer is nothing.

I have sat back and watch our rights being stripped right from us. Our first Amendment right the five freedoms have been stripped from us and the Posse Comitutas Act abolished for the presidents own interest.

President Bush wants to stomp out dissent but can he? I certainly hope not. It would be my hope that the American Military would turn against President Bush and his cohorts if he tries anything stupid like declaring Martial law.

The one thing Americans have going for them is the Second Amendment, the right to bare arms. Almost every single household in America owns a gun. I am not saying in anyway shape or form that they should be used to fight back against the military if they were to declare Martial law. What I am saying is that it would be a mistake for our President to think that the people of this country are going to let him get away with any more of his tricks.

If you are a true patriot than you know that our rights are sacred and that is why the founding father 's wrote the Constitution of the United states and the Declaration of Independence of 1776.

The constitution of the United States of America became the supreme law on March 4, 1789.
The Declaration of independences of the united states was drafted in 1776.

I will go into our constitution for this blog today because our rights are being violated as we speak.
the first amendment the five freedoms: congress cannot pass any law making any religion the religion of the United States, or take away the freedom to worship as one pleases. Congress cannot take away or restrict freedom of speech or freedom of press. Citizens may protect themselves against damaging insults spoken or written about them by civil lawsuits, and no one may advocate (call for) the overthrow of the government by war. Congress may not take away the right of peaceful assembly (gathering of people). Riots or mobs may be broken up, since they are not peaceful. the right of petitioning the government for any redress (correction) wanted made by it, or any grievances (complaint) made against it, may not be suspended.

The second Amendment the right to bare arms: For their protection and for purposes of having a well trained militia the people of the states may keep and bear (own arms (weapons), but the federal government or the state governments may pass laws against owning certain weapons and the others may be used.

The third Amendment Quartering soldiers: No civilian may be forced to quarter (give room and board to) soldiers except in time of war, and then only if Congress passes such a law. During the British rule, many people had been forced to do this, and they wanted to be sure their own government would not make this requirement of them.

The fourth Amendment Unreasonable search and seizure: The right of the people to be secure (safe) from unreasonable searches or seizures (arrests or taking of belongings)of themselves, their houses, their papers and effects (other personal property) cannot be violated. Warrants (written court orders) for any of these purposes must be issued with good cause, sworn to by an oath ,and must describe, in detail, the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. This protects from"writs of assistance" ( general warrants allowing any search or any seizure anytime anyplace) such as were used by the British.

I will write about the Fifth and sixth Amendments in my next blog which are also being abused and misused.

We are losing our rights with every passing day and to those of you who don't know all your rights go out and by a book about the U.S. constitution and lean them so you can help be apart of the solution to fixing the war torn nation.

Second the libertarian manifesto was originally written to combat conservatism not leftism or socialism which is astounding in my point of view because then to take the literal sense than you have to question then what is it that Paul is trying get by these people who are blindly eating it up.

The third point is that Capitalism or the "free Market" has been dead for over a hundred years and it is dead because the wealthy were getting richer off the backs of the poor people.

Unions were created to combat these capitalist or "free Market" systems that were hurting our poor. In 1866 is when the fist union was formed THE NATION LABOR UNION which then went on to get congress to pass and eight hour working day.

So, thanks to the Unions who would bring down the capitalist market or "free Market" we have eight hour days instead of being worked to death.

Now I just don't see why any sane person would want to return to that sort of Market. We as people have more freedoms now then they did back then and I only say this because they had to work all the time with low pay in order to keep food on there tables.

Now Bush has removed some freedoms while he was in office and my hope would be that the next president would get rid of all the systems he put in place that don't make this country any safer anyway.

This country and the cycle of unreason need to be broken and there are a few ways that can be achieved it is by not ignoring the facts that are presented in front of you and also getting the adults in the 25 years and younger range engaged.

The word unreason is being used as a term for people who don't educate them selfs by reading books or keeping up on the country's down fall or having an opinion before there is one necessary before there are proper facts to form an adequate opinion.There is One candidate that might be able to help this nation break its cycle of unreason and that is Barack Obama.

The reason I believe Obama to be the best candidate out of the three is because he has proven time and time again that he is the most consistent he dose not double talk and he has been honest and forth right about most of his encounters whether it be the wright controversy or the Rezko controversy he is able to admit he is human and makes mistakes.

Barack Obama is the Voice of reason in this election season he stands true to himself as well as to the American People. He is the type of leader this country needs today. He may not be able to do everything he promises as most People who have made it to the Presidency find it hard to do because of conflicting party views. I believe that he is the one that can over come that affliction that has happened to every president from Washington all the way to Bush Jr. but Bush actually didn't care about the people of this country and is unworthy of even being called a president.

Why are Clinton supporters so angry

I have found that there are at least a few Clinton supporters how are willing to call you anything if don't support her.

I as an Obama supporter have been called a Nazi, bitch, racist and stupid.
I am none of the above and I would like her supporters to learn to control there anger they are out of control.

1. I am not a Nazi because Nazi's do not like African Americans or any other creed or color other than white. I am white and I like all people no matter color creed or religion. I believe the supporters of Clinton need to research these thing before they make them selfs look like idiots.

2. I am not a bitch just because I have a different view than they do so they need to take a step back.

3. I am not Racist I like all people as I said before.

4. I am not stupid because I do read and research out the candidates if they ever thought to ask me if I had thought of voting for anyone other than Obama before the answer would be yes. I was a Clinton supporter in the beginning and I found out more than I wanted to about her and changed my mind. Which is my right by the way.

So, all I can do is hope that these people don't get so out of control that they can't stop with abusive and angry tone which only hurts there candidate more it doesn't help her in any way.

Clinton and Dubai

I feel as a voter that I was lied to by the Clinton's while they are out on the campaign trail they are saying that the two oil men need to be out of office.

Then come to find out the Clinton's them selfs are doing business with the shake of Dubai I feel that this is very hypocritical of them to even be saying get rid of Bush when they are doing the same exact thing. It proved my point though that the Clinton's can't be trusted anymore than the Bush's.

Greed and insurance companys

I recently went to the doctor and was told they would no longer bill my secondary and that really made me angry . I thought well I am paying out two separate premiums and now they won't even be billed. I thought even some of the Doctors are becoming greedy as well. Now I know that the Doctors get ripped of two but so dose the patient even more so than the Doctor.

I have Three wonderful Doctors who have been there for me through thick and thin even when insurance tried to deny my claims and successfully did for almost 2 years. I believe it is up to the individual Doctor to put the patient in front instead of there profits. We all know that Doctors get payed most of the time.

Together the Doctor and the patient can make a huge difference in this country on the way health care is run and funded. I Believe that the doctor and Patient need to stand together on this issue not apart. Together the Patient and the doctor can tell the insurance company that they are responsible for there bills and hopefully help get this nation a single payer program instead of this nonsense of corporate profit off ill People.

I am very concern about the stability of this country's viability in the financial burden that these criminal banking institutions have plagued the people of this great nation with. It is a terrible misdeed when the federal government comes in and bails out a bank like Bears Stearns how dear they bail that bank out.

What about the American People? Well the Government just doesn't care about the average American citizen. What are we to them well I will tell you they believe we are fools and idiots as well as just poor people.

Hello everybody I come to you once again this time on the topic of health care in our country which as I see it is falling apart at the seems. I say this because of experience and my own battle with the insurance company's and trying to get them to cover my medical expenses for a very painful movement disorder known as Dystonia.

My insurance company didn't want to pay for my botox treatment which is necessary when you have dystonia it relieves the muscle from being so tight that they are not even usable. So, in other words I am unable to walk vary well and not able use my left hand.

So, if you incured a big insurance bill because they refused to pay fight them tooth and nail you will win in the end I did and so can you.

I have a very bad knot in my stomach from all the crap the media is putting out there now not everything is false but there are some thing that just ought to be left alone. Last I check we all had freedom of speech and there is no crime in what Mr. Obama's paster said and I may not agree with what he said it is not for me to judge. I believe that we as Americans need to ask are selfs why is it that Mr. Bush would even be getting involved in this race unless there is something the big corporations don't like.
